Job Summary : The Intermediate Job Captain will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager with project management and technical tasks related to architecture projects. They will work closely with the project team, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that project deadlines and specifications are met. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and experience working on architecture projects in a similar role. Key Responsibilities : Assist the Project Manager with project management tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating project activities Prepare and review construction documents, including drawings and specifications Coordinate with other members of the project team, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that project requirements are met Conduct site visits and prepare site reports as required Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards Provide technical support and guidance to staff as required Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders Review and respond to contractor submittals and requests for information Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes Manage and maintain project records and documentation Participate in the training and mentoring of junior staff Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role in an architecture firm Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Professionalism, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively in a team environment Understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to architecture projects Internal Job Code : JC-JC-03 Salary Range : $80,000 - $100,000 / Annually Powered by JazzHR
