Are you passionate about helping people and driven to succeed? Do you want to work with a supportive team at a dealership that’s been trusted by the community for nearly 100 years?

Family owned and operated since 1927, Rhineland Car Co. Ltd. is seeking a motivated customer service professional to join our close-knit, high-performing team in Altona, MB. This role is perfect for someone who values relationships, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience — from the first “hello” to the moment they drive off the lot.

What You’ll Do :

Welcome and guide guests through the entire vehicle purchase experience
Follow our proven sales process, from lead response to final delivery
Respond to leads quickly and professionally via phone, email, and text
Serve accurate payment options and help transition guests to the Business Office
Deliver vehicles according to our guest delivery process
Follow up after delivery to build lasting relationships and earn repeat / referral business
Inspect incoming new vehicles and trade-ins to our quality standards
Maintain lot organization and vehicle presentation
Assist in the creation of local ads for newspapers & magazines, and social media
Represent Rhineland Car Co. Ltd. with pride and a community-minded approach

Who You Are :

You’re confident, friendly, and passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience.

You have an excellent work ethic - strong communication & organizational skills, and high attention to detail with the ability to problem solve.

You’re motivated by goals and eager to learn.

Prior sales or customer service experience is an asset — BUT WE'LL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON.

You have a high school diploma.

You hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record.

What We Offer :

Commission-based compensation with base salary

Demo vehicle provided — with the expectation that it is treated with care and kept sale-ready

Full-time hours : Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings once a month

Flexible time-off and vacation days - We are closed on long weekends
