10 years of professional software development experience.

Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Tech Lead.

Strong expertise in relevant tech stack (e.g.| Java.NETNode.jsPython| frontend frameworks| cloud platforms).

Solid understanding of architecture patterns (microservices| event-driven| layered architectures).

Experience with CICD pipelines| Git workflows| and automated testing.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in AgileScrum environments.

Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker| Kubernetes).

Exposure to performance tuning| observability| and monitoring tools.

Ability to balance technical excellence with product and business goals.

Skills :

Digital : Cloud DevOps~Agile Way of Working~Advanced Java ConceptsRole Descriptions :
