Description de poste5 years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer or Software Engineer. Strong expertise in Java (Core + Advanced) and Spring Boot. Hands-on experience with Java I / O and multi-threading concepts. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, or similar). Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs. Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging queues for distributed systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java and modern backend frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems while ensuring high performance and reliability. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong fundamentals in data structures, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and ensure high performance and responsiveness.
- Work with NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
- Implement reliable messaging and event-driven solutions using Kafka or other messaging queues.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve performance and scalability.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and peer code reviews.
- Work independently, managing tasks and deadlines effectively while communicating progress clearly.
