Our client, a prominent enterprise organization, is seeking a talented and versatile UI Developer to support the enhancement and optimization of their document viewing and rendering capabilities.
In this role, you will focus on front-end user interface development while collaborating on back-end document processing systems. You will work closely with Accusoft Viewer and assist with PrizmDoc integration on the backend. This position is ideal for a UI specialist who also brings foundational experience with AWS cloud environments to help deliver a seamless, high-performance user experience.
Location: Anywhere in Canada (Hybrid - 2 days/week on-site if residing near a regional office)

ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Development: Design, build, and maintain highly responsive, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces for document viewing and processing applications.
Viewer Integration: Configure, customize, and optimize the Accusoft Viewer interface to meet complex business and user requirements.
Backend & API Support: Assist with backend logic and integration utilizing PrizmDoc to ensure seamless document rendering, conversion, and data transmission.
Cloud Collaboration: Work within AWS cloud environments to deploy, monitor, and support UI components and connected services.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate wireframes and user stories into robust, production-ready code.
QualificationsMust-Have Qualifications:
- Core Skill: Strong, professional experience in UI/UX Design and Front-End Development.
- Document Viewer Experience: Hands-on experience or deep technical familiarity with enterprise-grade document viewing engines.
- Experience with Accusoft Viewer / PrizmDoc is highly preferred. Equivalent experience with similar engines such as Apryse (formerly PDFTron), Firefox PDF.js, Nutrient.io, or eViewer is also highly valued.
- Cloud Awareness: Practical experience working within AWS environments to support application deployment and integration.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in modern HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and popular front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
