Senior OT Infrastructure Architect
Location: Montreal or GTA (Hybrid, 4 days onsite)
Lead the Future of Manufacturing Technology
We're looking for a Senior OT Infrastructure Architect to help shape and modernize manufacturing technology environments. In this highly visible role, you'll lead IT/OT architecture initiatives, develop technology roadmaps, evaluate emerging solutions, and partner with stakeholders across Infrastructure, Security, Digital, and Operations.
What You'll Do
  • Design secure, scalable IT/OT architectures for manufacturing environments.
  • Lead technology assessments, solution evaluations, and architecture reviews.
  • Develop IT/OT roadmaps and modernization strategies.
  • Drive architecture governance, standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concept activities.
  • Provide technical leadership on network, cloud, security, and OT infrastructure solutions.
What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation experience.
  • 3+ years working within Operational Technology (OT) or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong expertise in network architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and infrastructure technologies.
  • Experience developing technology roadmaps and conducting IT/OT assessments.
  • Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
  • CCNA required; CCNP and/or CISSP preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
