We are looking for a bilingual, organized and professional Superintendent / Concierge with enough experience to take care of the maintenance of several buildings with over 200 apartments in Laval / Montreal.

Responsibilities include :

• Vacuuming and cleaning the building
• General maintenance and repair work
• Maintaining and preparing vacant apartments (repairs and painting)
• Minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs as needed
• Handling all tenant maintenance requests (lights, filters, appliances, plumbing, etc.)
• Being able to do basic appliance repairs
• Purchasing all supplies or parts needed for the repair of work
• Contact and deal with vendors (electrician, plumber, generator, appliances, etc.)
• Maintain building inspections (generator, elevators, alarm panel, sprinklers, etc.)
• Landscaping (grass cutting)
• Snow removal
• Sometimes take out trash and recycling on collection days
• Ability to frequently use general maintenance tools, supplies and equipment such as, but not limited to, hand tools, pressure washers, blowers, painting equipment, pool chemicals, de-icing equipment, ladders, landscaping equipment, sanders, safety equipment, etc.
• Ability to frequently handle and use chemicals and supplies general cleaning.
• Must possess basic hand tools required to perform maintenance tasks.
• Position requires driving responsibilities (may use company provided vehicle and / or personal vehicle).
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Must be able to drive in the Laval and Montreal area.
