Bachelor’s degree in business operations / IT Applications or related field At least 10 years' experience in SAP systems Experience with SAP IBP and integration to SAP S4 At least 5 years' experience in team management Subject matter expert in at least one of the following areas Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning Good knowledge of SAP modules related to Supply Chain Good understanding of Supply chain processes Good project management skills Experience building and maintaining strong cross-functional working relationships with other departments. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with both senior management and front-line staff personnel. Good knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken.

Title : Sr Manager Application Supply Chain (IBP)
Reports to : Executive Director International IT
Objectives
The incumbent is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, enhancements, support, and maintenance of enterprise supply chain systems and services, mainly SAP-IBP (Inventory Business Planning). Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams by facilitating communication and determining software objectives that align with stated and unstated business needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with company stakeholders to understand supply chain processes and propose technical requirements for efficiency improvements to be implemented with SAP.
- Work in close collaboration with business analysts and users to understand their needs and different business requirements.
- Participate in the development of functional and technical specifications.
- Control all requirement gathering, solution design configuration, developments, and functional specification delivery.
- Provide expertise in the analysis of potential solutions in line with quality and safety requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of functional analysts and external consultants for the implementation of SAP IBP.
- Participate in prioritization of demands with the functional team and business units.
- Integrate rules, procedures, standards, and recommendations relating to GMP regulations, information systems security and existing project methodology.
- Analyse data conversion requirements to determine data conversion strategies and mechanisms.
- Ensures the maintenance of documentation related to the configuration and development of SAP and other related systems.
- Plan and coordinates user support and training activities.
- Lead, coach, and support direct reports by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
