If so, we're growing and seeking a passionate, energetic and determined candidate to join our Wealth team for the position of Client Services Manager in Guelph, ON.

Job Description The Client Services Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of Skyline Wealth Associates as they act as a point of contact for all inquiries from Skyline Wealth Management Inc.

  • (SWMI) investors and deliver exceptional and consistent customer service experience.

This position is primarily responsible for deepening the client relationship to maintain investor engagement, and where applicable ensure the Relationship Managers are receiving support while supporting Skyline’s shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.

What you’ll be doing: Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team, leading and coaching the team on strategies to improve the overall service delivery experience.

Resolving escalated issues and ensuring the interests of SWMI, investors and clients are considered.

Staying informed of developments in the exempt market industry as they relate to product developments, competitive issues and client service standards to proactively position Skyline to better service our stakeholders.

Maintaining training and knowledge level as a dealing representative and requirements of a registered EMD.

Analyzing campaigns; generating reports to illustrate new opportunities, closed/lost opportunities, opportunity stages, etc.

Supporting the Associates as they enter all relevant investor and lead information and notes into the Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

Drive - you're a seasoned traveler who knows that being in front of an investor is one of the best ways to communicate.

You’re also not afraid to pick up the phone or present to an audience. Diligence - you understand that being thorough is crucial when tracking sales activities and you have experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce.

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance) and 3 years equivalent sales/investment experience or 5 years equivalent sales/investment experience.

Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a leadership role.
