Tasks / Responsibilities
The IT Director will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategic vision and driving the IT projects of a large company in the midst of digital transformation. He will be responsible for a team of less than 10 people (recruitment to come).
MORE PRECISELY
- Analyze all current IT systems (infrastructure, networks, applications, data, architecture, cybersecurity, processes, etc.)
- Develop and implement a strategic plan and clear objectives over several years in order to establish a future vision at the cutting edge of technology
- Ensure the management of the project portfolio according to the roadmap in place
- Be the guarantor of the good management of the team (skills development, recruitment, evaluation, motivation, etc.)
- Design the governance framework for all IT (policies, processes, procedures, compliance with best practices, etc.)
- Manage relationships with suppliers as well as all IT budgets of approximately $3M
