IT Manager | Hospitality & Tourism | Vancouver Island

Hands-on IT leadership role with a well-established organization in the hospitality and tourism industry.
Full-time, on-site role based on Vancouver Island, BC.

Our client is seeking an IT Manager to oversee their technical infrastructure and lead strategic IT initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying hands-on with technology while guiding IT projects and managing a small team. You :

You bring the following experience and skills :

3+ years of experience as an IT Manager within a small to mid-sized organization.

Strong hands-on knowledge of layer 2 / 3 network infrastructure.

Solid experience in system administration and cybersecurity.

Ability to implement and maintain cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with PCI-DSS and PIPA.

Comfortable managing a small team and coordinating technical support across departments.

Experience leading IT projects and managing vendor relationships.

Salary : $95,000-$110,000.
