Inventory Control Associate
Shift: 8am-4h30pm (Mon-Fri)Pay Rate: $20.50 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Associate to support accurate inventory management within warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory integrity, performing cycle counts, investigating variances, and collaborating with cross-functional warehouse teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and accuracy. 80% Inventory Management 20% Forklift (Raymond Reach and Raymond Order Picker) – MUST HAVE VALID LICENSE Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts as well as full inventory audits
  • Investigate, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages, overstock, or irregularities
  • Coordinate with receiving, picking, and shipping teams to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance inventory control efficiency
  • Ensure proper product labeling, storage, and warehouse organization standards are followed
  • Generate inventory reports and analyze trends to support operational decision-making
  • Adhere to all company safety procedures, policies, and compliance standards
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education considered an asset)
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ON RAYMOND REACH AND RAYMOND ORDER PICKER
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Basic computer proficiency (Excel and WMS systems)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Effective communication skills
