Career Opportunity
Pickering Honda is currently seeking an Internet Sales Specialist to join their team The Internet Sales Specialist is a key player in our sales team, responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and converting online prospects into satisfied customers. This role involves engaging with customers via various digital platforms, nurturing relationships, and driving sales in both the virtual and in-store environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to online leads (via email, chat, phone, etc.) and engage with potential customers.
- Qualify and follow up with inbound inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and detailed information about vehicles, financing options, and promotions.
- Utilize dealership CRM software to track leads, follow up, and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Assist customers in the online vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final sale.
- Set appointments for in-person visits and test drives.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and dealership promotions.
