ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Support : Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
User Assistance : Provide support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related problems
System Maintenance : Help maintain and update IT systems, including installing software updates and patches
Documentation : Document IT processes, procedures, and solutions to common issues
Training : Assist in training end-users on new technologies and IT best practices
Inventory Management : Help manage IT inventory, including tracking hardware and software assets
Collaboration : Work closely with the IT team to support ongoing projects and initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), Microsoft Office Suite, and common IT tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
