We specialize in conventional Oil and Gas projects, heavy oil (SAGD, CSS) processing and enhanced oil recovery projects. With our integrity and commitment to our work we delivered numerous projects for a wide range of clients and look forward to delivering new ones. Our team brings together top of the line experts who had the knowledge and experience to deliver the most challenging and most successful projects in the Oil and Gas industry. Main Duties and Competencies
The Instrumentation Lead manages the Instrumentation group of a project or program and provides guidance and coaching to the team. The Instrumentation Lead is a senior member of the engineering leadership team and will report to the department lead. Key duties include :
- Lead a team of Instrumentation Engineers / Specialist and designers for a Sustainable program or multiple projects at a time
- Liaison with I&C vendors and engineering team to resolve technical issues
- Steer review sessions for I&C deliverables with different project stake holders including client’s project team
- Coordinate with Project management team such that I&C activities are aligned with the agreed project schedule
- Review / check I&C deliverables including datasheets, sizing calculations, MR packages and Control drawing / deliverables
- Responsible as a senior Technical resource, Checker and a Consultant for the I&C department
- Provide technical guidance and mentor intermediate / junior engineers in their day to day activities
- Represent I&C team to the client and be responsible for meeting client’s expectations
