Using graphic design and multimedia software, preferably the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Animate), and Vyond. Is up-to date in Gen-AI, Augmented reality, virtual learning assistants, video, podcasting, and authoring tools. Solving business problems through designing and implementing learning experiences for our corporate audiences. Exploring, evaluating, and adopting new approaches to learning and learning technology.

As an Instructional Designer for the Corporate Learning and Leadership team, we are looking for someone who :
- Knows how to apply Cognitive Science principles to the creation of learning assets
- Brings adult learning to life through engaging learning experiences.
- Has active listening skills and works collaboratively.
- Is a counter-intuitive thinker and enjoys reframing questions, tasks, and problems.
- Has been successful at designing innovative learning experiences for organizations and designs them by gaining consensus among many stakeholders.
- Understands inclusive design for diverse learning needs
- Has a growth mentality and an eagerness to learn and engage in innovative work
- Is proficient with authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, microlearning platforms like Axonify, and Content Management Systems like Xyleme.
