What will your compensation be? : The starting salary for this position is dependent on experience.

What will you do in this job? :

  • Lead our Employee Dining Room culinary team.
  • Produce high-quality hot and cold foods based on recipes developed by the Chef and Executive Chef
  • Organize prep station and hot line to ensure smooth and efficient flow
  • Assist as needed with production of items for banquets, weddings, and other special events
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstation, prep areas, and food storage in keeping with state and federal regulations for food safety
  • Maintain effective communication with employee dining room team
  • Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
  • What skills and experience do you need for this job? :

  • Previous Kitchen supervisory / management experience preferred
  • High volume / Batch cooking experience preferred
  • Willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
  • C ommitted to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
  • O rganized with a g reat eye for detail
  • K ind to others and always bring your best
  • A good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
  • H elpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile
  • Relaxed , flexible and able to handle a few curve balls
