Outbound Sales / Appointment Setter (Independent Contractor - Virtual) AGM Renovations is seeking a motivated, results-driven individual to join our growing team as an independent contractor in the role of Appointment Setter. Key Responsibilities : Conduct outbound phone sales to set appointments and follow up with both potential and former clients. Re-engage clients who have previously canceled appointments to reschedule and meet with us. Connect with clients who have received a quote but are undecided, guiding them toward booking a meeting. Recommended Shift Details : 4 weekdays per week (any 4 days) : 10 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM One weekend shift per week (Saturday or Sunday) : 9 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM What We’re Looking For : Minimum 3 years of experience in phone sales with a proven track record of success. Strong computer skills and comfort using various digital tools. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks at once. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. A self-starter who can work independently but thrives as part of a supportive team.
