What you'll do

As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will help solve challenging cybersecurity problems related to logical access governance, provisioning, and reporting across the Canadian Tire Enterprise. You will be participating in meaningful and transformational projects that will shape the future of Identity within the organization. The SailPoint Developer will work within the IAM team to provide design and development support for the SailPoint IIQ service, ensuring healthy operations while maintaining high availability and high integrity of the system. In this position, the developer is required to have extensive knowledge and experience with Java / SailPoint IIQ from a technical perspective and have experience developing custom code for IIQ.

Conduct requirements gathering and lead the design and development for integrations

Onboard applications and infrastructure endpoints, set-up out of the box and custom connectors, and integration points to end systems

Develop and write rules, workflows, reports, exclusions, and customizations

Configure and support access review / certification campaigns, notifications, alerts, and processes

Conduct testing, QA, and release management between multiple environments

Deploy new product versions, upgrades, and patches in all environments

Monitor and manage the health of all SailPoint components including agents, app servers, databases, connector gateways

Create and update support documents and provide training to other teams as required

What you bring

5+ Years of experience as a SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer or similar IAM experience

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or relevant field

Hands-on experience with Java, XML, PowerShell, SQL, and Azure

Strong working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ including the IdentityIQ API

Experience and understanding of user Lifecycle, RBAC, policies, rules, and provisioning workflows

Knowledge of Identity & Access Management, identity governance, lifecycle, and provisioning

Have a love of all things security. Complex systems and software are where your brain thrives

SailPoint certifications are preferred
