YOUR IMPACT :
The Senior Director of Network Operations Center (NOC) will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategic vision, providing leadership, and managing the day-to-day operations of the organization’s Network Operations Center. This role will ensure the seamless continuity, security, and performance of network services and infrastructure across diverse platforms. The Sr. Director will work closely with senior leadership to align NOC operations with business objectives, create and execute strategies for improving network performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS :
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of NOC professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of network infrastructure 24 / 7.
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for NOC operations to support company goals and business priorities.
- Oversee the real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of critical network systems and infrastructure.
- Manage the NOC’s day-to-day operations, ensuring rapid response to network incidents, minimizing downtime, and adhering to SLAs.
- Lead efforts to continuously improve network performance and uptime, including proactive detection, prevention, and optimization.
- Act as a liaison between the NOC, engineering, IT operations, cybersecurity, and other departments to align efforts and ensure optimal network performance.
- Communicate network-related performance, incidents, and issues to stakeholders, providing clear and concise reporting.
- Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, service providers, and external partners.
- Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards, providing visibility into NOC performance, network health, incident response times, and trends.
- Form strong, lasting relationships with business leaders in IT and across the enterprise. Advise, counsel, and educate leadership on opportunities to leverage technology to effectively meet business goals.
