Description de postetrice en Approvisionnement et Logistique pour renforcer notre chaîne d’approvisionnement et gérer nos opérations d’import-export. Gérer l’achat d’ingrédients, emballages et fournitures Émettre et suivre les bons de commande (POs) dans l’ERP Coordonner les expéditions internationales (aérien, maritime, terrestre) Préparer et valider les documents d’expédition (CI, PL, COO, CERS, AWB / BOL) Collaborer avec transporteurs, transitaires et courtiers en douane Suivre la performance des fournisseurs et maintenir un tableau de bord Gérer les ententes de stock et travailler avec l’équipe des opérations Rapporter les risques et enjeux logistiques au PDG et à l’équipe Ops 3+ ans d’expérience en approvisionnement / logistique (alimentaire = atout) Bonne connaissance des processus import / export Maîtrise d’un ERP (ERPAG idéalement) et Excel Sens de l’organisation et esprit analytique Bilingue français & anglais Manage procurement of ingredients, packaging, and supplies Issue and track Purchase Orders (POs) in our ERP system Coordinate import / export shipments (air, sea, ground) Prepare and verify shipping documents (CI, PL, COO, CERS, AWB / BOL) Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers Monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier scorecards Manage stock floor agreements and inventory planning with Ops Report key logistics and supply risks to the CEO and Operations team 3+ years experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain (food industry is a plus) Strong knowledge of import / export processes Comfortable with ERP systems (ERPAG preferred) and Excel Excellent organization and problem-solving skills Bilingual (French & English) — written and spoken
