Requirements :
- Manage and track the movement of all incoming goods from international suppliers.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials, trims, and finished products.
- Monitor shipping schedules, customs documentation, and freight forwarding to ensure smooth and efficient importation processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders.
- Communicate with vendors to address shipment delays, discrepancies, or issues, ensuring quick resolution.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and customs requirements.
- Handle all necessary documentation such as import declarations, invoices, packing lists, and any other paperwork needed to clear goods through customs.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to track shipments and maintain proper inventory levels.
- Oversee the accurate and timely receipt of all incoming goods, ensuring that products meet quality standards before distribution.
- Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to mitigate risks related to importation.
