Join Our Team as a Customs Analyst!
Valiant TMS, a global leader in manufacturing, automation, and tooling solutions, is hiring a Customs Analyst to join our team in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Reporting to the Customs Leader, you will play a critical role in facilitating the compliant and efficient movement of goods across international borders, ensuring that all shipments adhere to applicable regulations and internal standards.
As a Customs Analyst, you’ll manage import and export activities, collaborate with brokers and internal stakeholders, and ensure our customs processes are executed with accuracy, timeliness, and full regulatory compliance.
What you’ll get to do
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across international borders, ensuring compliance with customs documentation and procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, including CBSA’s CARM portal.
- Acquire and manage USMCA / CUSMA certificates and respond to customer inquiries related to trade agreements.
Review and audit import / export documentation for accuracy before submission to customs authorities.

What we offer
The expected hourly compensation for this position is $23.00-$29.00. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skillset, or location.
