Position : Human Resources Manager
Job Type : Full time or part time
THE OPPORTUNITY
Provides strategic HR leadership in a hybrid remote role, driving the development and delivery of employee programs and services. Collaborates with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Acts as a strategic advisor, coach, and consultant to leadership on complex HR matters. This incredible opportunity can be filled on a part-time or full-time basis.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Strategic Leadership :
- Participates in the development of HR strategies and plans.
- Provides strategic direction to HR programs and initiatives, including workforce planning, training, change management, succession planning, talent acquisition, retention, diversity, equity, and inclusion, performance management, and recognition.
- Actively maintains records of accidents, injuries, and illnesses, as well as training records for all health and safety initiatives.
- Assists with administrative tasks and supports the General Manager and Board of Directors in relevant projects and additional tasks.
- Acts as a strategic advisor to leadership on complex HR matters, including employee relations, labor relations, and legal compliance.
