Requirements

What you’ll be doing :

• Coaching & Development : Partner with managers to elevate leadership capabilities and nurture team growth. Design and deliver engaging training programs that unlock employee potential and elevate skills.
• Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution : Provide expert guidance on resolving employee concerns, fostering a harmonious work environment, and ensuring positive relationships across the organization.
• Compliance & Policy Excellence : Oversee and support all disciplinary processes with integrity and consistency, ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Safety First : Champion workplace safety by implementing cutting-edge health and safety policies and delivering training that empowers employees to prioritize their well-being.
• Strategic HR Advisory : Be a trusted advisor to leadership on all things people-related, from performance management to succession planning, ensuring that HR initiatives align with business goals.
• Government Programs & Subventions : Research and secure available funding, government programs, and subventions that support company growth and employee development.
