Job Title : Manager, Human Resources

Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a fast-growing Pharmaceutical company in Mississauga. This role will focus on driving HR initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and partnering with senior leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, talent management, performance reviews, employee relations, compliance, and organizational change.

Responsibilities
Manage HR processes for Canada and the US, providing leadership to HR and payroll teams.
Lead performance review processes and address HR-related issues.
Advise leadership on employee relations, policy adherence, and legal compliance.
Support succession planning, leadership development, and talent management.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and develop HR policies.
Qualifications
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Relevant experience with manual processes
Willing to contribute to a growing company
Familiar with succession planning and investigations
HR management experience across multiple organizations
Direct report experience (role involves managing 2 direct reports)
8-10 years of HR Business Partner experience, 3+ years managing teams
Expertise in talent management, organizational design, and employee relations
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge of employment legislation
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; CHRP designation is a plus
