As a result of continued growth they are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Project Director who will oversee and provide leadership on the design, implementation and completion of large-scale projects within the civil construction and remediation industry. This position is a full time and permanent role, based in the Greater Vancouver area.
What You'll Do :
As the Project Director, you will be responsible for providing direction for the completion of environmental remediation projects.
Responsibilities include :
- Preparation of bids and proposal in response to customer solicitations
- Strategic Negotiation and preparation of all Contractual agreements
- Management of Onsite performance
- Oversee and report on Project Performance to Sr Management
- Process and document Contract changes and Specifications
- Manage and control all Project expenditures, Procurement requisitions (ie. purchase Orders, expense claims)
- Provide Team Leadership to meet and exceed quality performance standards on all project milestones
- Collaborate with HSE Regional Manager and Construction Manager to establish and maintain strict H&S culture and environmental programs
