Build relationships with recruitment agencies, personally interview for key positions, and provide recommendations on hiring decisions, salaries, and employment conditions. Oversee induction and probation processes.
- Total Rewards & Compensation : Collaborate with C&B and HR leadership to develop and implement competitive reward policies. Ensure timely execution of salary reviews, STI / bonus payments, and incentive programs. Maintain job grading accuracy and address any C&B concerns with leadership as needed.
