Then the role of Senior FP&A Analyst – Strategic Business Partner is the perfect opportunity for you!

In this strategic role, you will act as a true financial advisor to business units and management, providing in-depth analysis of financial performance, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, and supporting key growth, investment and optimization decisions.

Job Title : Senior FP&A Analyst – Strategic Business Partner

Location : Montreal (Hybrid)

Salary : Up to 115K depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Act as a business partner for several business units : understand business issues, challenge assumptions and make informed financial recommendations.
  • Actively participate in the budget process, financial forecasts, quarterly performance reviews and variance analyses.
  • Produce strategic financial analyses supporting growth initiatives, investments and corporate decision-making.
  • Develop and automate robust financial models to simulate different scenarios.
  • Prepare presentations for senior management and the executive committee, with relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes (tools, reports, dashboards).
  • Support the execution of special projects : mergers / acquisitions, restructuring, new markets.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field (MBA or CPA designation a major asset).
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong expertise in FP&A, performance management and financial modeling.
  • Excellent team management, coaching and talent mobilization skills.
  • Strong analytical mind, rigor, and ability to evolve in a constantly changing environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
