Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic. Requirements : 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent time-management and prioritization skills Learn about the products inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers.
