Equipment.Reporting to the VP / General Manager, the Branch Manager will be responsible to lead,organize, plan and coordinate all activities related to the branch.ResponsibilitiesIncrease sales and improve customer service by implementing effective business strategies.Handle and perform equipment salesAssist equipment and parts sales reps in their workBe involved in external social activities and business networking to increase the visibility of the branch and company.Quickly resolve customer concerns and complaintsDetermine performance objectives for staffManage work schedule for employees while considering fair treatmentParticipate in hiring staff and conducting interviewsConduct annual performance evaluations of each employee and provideindividual goals to be metManage employee conflicts quickly to solve and eliminate problematic situationsMaximize utilization of various computerized systems, tools, and applicationsPropose ideas and improvements to head office, with the objective being to improve business developmentNegotiate with suppliers as necessary, or as requestedRespect performance objectives as set by the head officeReview and control branch and employee expensesQualificationsCompletion of post-secondary education is an assetMinimum of 4 years experience in a supervisory or management roleUnderstanding of human resource management principlesKnowledge of company products and heavy equipmentBilingual (French / Engish) is an assetStrong communicatorExcellent interpersonal relationsAbout RevTalentWe specialize in matching your skills to the right revenue-generating roles!
