Description de posteHealth Platform Partnership Roadmap Planning and Prioritization (20%) : Work closely with internal stakeholders to plan and prioritize the health platform partnership roadmap in alignment with organizational goals. Health Platform Integration and Development (20%) : Lead the continuous development and integration of the digital health platform, ensuring scalability, a seamless user experience, and alignment with business needs. Drive the development, prioritization, and implementation of digital health partnership opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external healthcare partners. Identify, scope, and prioritize platform integration initiatives based on business value and strategic objectives. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to create cross-functional platform service strategies. Develop and execute detailed plans for platform service execution and integration across internal teams and third-party partners. Provide thought leadership in identifying key players and growth opportunities within the health ecosystem. Ensure an outstanding digital customer experience, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize member access to the health platform’s services. Ability to confidently deliver and present to senior leadership. Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Exceptional relationship-building abilities, fostering strong collaboration with business leaders and external partners. Capacity to manage multiple competing priorities and adapt to shifting demands. Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience, including digital product partnerships, platform development, integrations, or related roles. In-depth experience with platform services, integrations, and architecture. Proven experience in scaling services and solutions. Strong financial acumen and a business-oriented mindset. Experience with implementing Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) is a bonus. A university degree is required. An MBA or other business-related education would be beneficial. A background in engineering is preferred. Lead the evaluation and business case development of potential health platform partnerships. Direct the planning and prioritization of the digital health partnership roadmap. Oversee the integration and development of the digital health platform, ensuring business alignment and seamless user experience. No significant travel or physical labor required. Candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple competing priorities.
