    Skills

    Traction Rec'rs come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from diverse backgrounds. For this role, you might have :

  • 7+ years B2B experience in SaaS marketing roles with at least 3 years in leadership or management roles at 8-figure ARR companies
  • Experience creating strategic marketing plans to support key business objectives
  • Hands-on experience developing and scaling demand generation and marketing programs in growth environments. Experience in ABM an asset
  • Experience implementing and using modern marketing automation and demand generation tools (Salesforce, Pardot, ABM platforms)
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, establishing KPIs, generating insights, and optimizing campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to build a team through recruitment, hiring, mentorship and retention of strong marketing talent
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with the sales and product teams
  • Developed solution briefs for extended agency or partner involvement. Worked with partners and alliances within a technology ecosystem
  • Experience owning a pipeline quota, driving measurable outputs, and managing marketing budgets >
  • History of launching products in new verticals or markets
  • What You Will Be Doing

    Demand Generation

  • Own and execute our demand generation strategies focused on target prospects through ABM
  • Creating marketing messaging that attracts prospects and drives urgency
  • Develop and scale multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads
  • Align demand generation strategies to sales team to ensure effective account engagement and revenue generation
  • Brand and Messaging

  • Maintain and elevate our brand positioning to clearly communicate value
  • Communication and marketing to existing customers to drive engagement, referrals and product adoption
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Support customer communication from all internal teams
  • Collaboration and Alliances

  • Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition to the sales team and develop tools that support the selling process
  • Support go-to-market partnerships and relevant channel alliances
  • Work with external partners and vendors to facilitate marketing programs
  • Business and Team Leadership

  • Develop and own overall marketing strategy plus KPIs ensuring alignment with company goals and revenue targets
  • Recruit, onboard and mentor a high-performing marketing team growing significantly in size
  • Foster a team environment of value, trust, and growth
  • Coordination between sales, engagement, product, services, and support team members
  • Competently manage roadblocks and decision making
  • Develop and monitoring budgets to ensure the most efficient allocation of resources
  • Travel as required within Canada and the US to meet clients and attend events.
  • Compensation

    At Traction Rec, we are committed to a fair, market-based and equitable compensation structure. Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions.

    The starting salary band for this role is $110,000-$125,000. Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role.
