Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus. Strong negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and thrives in an independent work environment. Description
- Identify and secure new customers within the assigned territory through strategic prospecting and win-win negotiations.
- Research prospective clients and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cultivate and engage with industry partners, including suppliers, contractors, dealerships, and referral sources.
- Assess customer needs and develop tailored, value-driven proposals that address service, product, delivery, and pricing requirements.
- Collaborate with Division Managers to coordinate installations and service work .
- Assist in marketing initiatives , promotions, and advertising efforts as needed.
- Analyze account profitability and ensure proper approvals and documentation for equipment and supply agreements, aligning with ROI expectations.
- Act as a trusted technical resource , gaining expert product knowledge to support customers and colleagues.
- Participate in industry training and trade shows to stay ahead of market trends.
- Support product and equipment deliveries as needed.
