JOB SUMMARY :

As a member of the Customer Service team, you’ll be an essential contributor to our success. You’ll deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere as the first point of contact for visitors arriving in person or those contacting Emmerson Packaging by phone.

JOB TASKS :

  • Greets visitors; monitors and maintains visitor records.
  • Responds to incoming calls, routes calls to the appropriate department or person.
  • Performs clerical and administrative duties as required.
  • Distributes incoming mail, stamps and prepares outgoing mail for Post Office.
  • Prepares outgoing courier packages.
  • Orders office stationery and business cards; assists Purchaser as required.
  • Acts as point of contact for employees participating in various company social events and programs, as required.

    • COMPETENCIES

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel software programs
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills, must be service-oriented.
  • Demonstrates a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good time-management and organizational skills.

    • REQUIRMENTS :

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Two (2) years’ experience working in a related field
