OTT Financial Inc. is seeking a highly competent and experienced Vice President-Human Resources to lead and oversee the company’s Human Resources function.

Duties :

• Developing, implementing, and managing human resources strategies and policies concerning hiring and succession planning to support the company’s overall objectives;
• Hiring, guiding and evaluating Human Resources executive managers;
• Overseeing the company’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes;
• Designing and monitoring employee benefit, payroll, health and safety programs;
• Liaison across the company to ensure the workforce remains engaged and productive;
• Creating and monitoring training and mentoring programs for employees’ professional development;
• Preparing reports and recommendations for the CEO using business metrics and KPIs;
• Recommending new and improved measures for performance evaluations;
• Managing employee and labour relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Qualifications Required :

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay :

CAD 100,000 - 125,000
