Are you a skilled Ground Support Equipment (GSE) professional looking to take the next step in your career? Alliance Ground International (AGI) is hiring a GSE Supervisor to lead a team of dedicated mechanics at Calgary International Airport (YYC).
About the Role :
As the GSE Supervisor, you’ll oversee the maintenance and repair of ground support equipment, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our team delivers seamless ground handling services by keeping all equipment in peak condition.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead a Team : Supervise and mentor a team of GSE mechanics, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.
- Oversee Maintenance : Manage the repair and servicing of GSE such as baggage carts, tugs, belt loaders, and more.
- Coordinate Operations : Schedule daily tasks and prioritize work to align with operational demands.
- Ensure Compliance : Maintain adherence to safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Track Resources : Monitor parts inventory and tools, coordinating with procurement to ensure availability.
- Recordkeeping : Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
