About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our team and develop their career within a supportive and knowledgeable group of professionals. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design and planning of municipal infrastructure projects and gain hands-on experience working closely with senior engineers, specialist engineers, project managers, and client managers. At TRUE, we’re large enough to offer a full range of engineering services, yet small enough to maintain a family-like atmosphere where everyone’s contributions are valued.

As a junior member of our team, you’ll work on impactful projects while learning from experienced mentors. We’re looking for someone who values what we do, how we do it, and, most importantly, why we do it. Salary

The annual salary range for this position is anticipated to be $70,000 – $100,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
