Our retail stores are a golfer’s paradise.Department Sales Specialist at Golf Town to work in various departments to provide assistance and excellent guest service while maintaining a comfortable shopping environment. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Golf Town policies, practices and procedures. SKILLS, EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES : - A high school education and computer literacy skills is preferred.- 0 - 2 Yrs.’ relevant retail sales experience.- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet an asset- Affinity for luxury golf equipment, apparel and accessories, keen interest in golf and regularly keeping up to date with market trends and new innovations in golf retail- Strong communication and leadership skills and sound judgment.- Detail oriented and strong attention to customer service.- Ability to execute company standards successfully.- Exceptional interpersonal skills-ability to adapt to meet a wide range of customer needs, able to build rapport quickly- Creative, innovative- Energetic and enthusiastic
