Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms. Oversee the creation of graphics, videos, and other media assets across a number of businesses. Implement and manage retargeting campaigns to maximize ROI and customer retention. Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and . Design and execute email marketing strategies, including drip campaigns and segmented outreach. Monitor email performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for higher engagement. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities. Use data insights to refine strategies, improve targeting, and increase conversion rates. Provide regular performance reports to leadership. Manage relationships with gig workers, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technology, and management services, to align marketing efforts with business goals. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in executing digital marketing campaigns. Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or Zoho. Familiarity with database management and lead generation strategies.

Position Summary :
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the full cycle of digital marketing to expand our database of golf courses, private clubs, small resorts, and golfers. This role demands hands-on expertise in campaign execution, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at delivering measurable results, and has a track record of successfully managing multi-channel marketing initiatives.
