Answer food & drink-related questions (employ suggestive selling) & romance drinks to pair with food to optimize guests' experience.

Effectively input drinks, appetizers & entrées into the P.O.S. system to ensure timely conveyance of orders to the kitchen, & diligently take care of modifiers & allergies.

While bringing your personality to the mix, observe directional duties—train & work with your colleagues to frame a fluid operation & bolster a productive workplace that works for—both—guests & your teammates.
