Schedule and What We Offer

• Prime Time Hours: Dedicated weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM)—the highest-traffic retail hours to maximize your impact.

• Competitive Compensation: Excellent hourly base pay $21.00 - $23.00 plus performance-based bonus potential for crushing your goals!

What You’ll Do:

• Ignite Interest: Spark conversations with customers, identifying their needs by highlighting the standout features of the TCL lineup.
• Own the Floor: Maintain pristine eye-catching merchandising and display standards; ensuring TCL always stands out from the competition.
• Bring the Energy: Conduct live compelling product demonstrations —showing off the tech so customers experience the wow factor first-hand.
• Be the Insider: Gather real-time feedback and competitive insights from the retail floor to help TCL continually stay ahead of the game.
• Partner Up for Victory: Collaborate closely with store management and associates to build a collaborative, high-energy sales environment.
