We pride ourselves on innovation, sustainability, and community engagement. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Industrial Designer to join our team. This role focuses on hands-on design work—no direct management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Innovative Product Design : Develop detailed 2D / 3D designs and technical drawings using SolidWorks, contributing to the creation of advanced industrial solutions.
- Prototyping & Refinement : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality) to prototype designs, conduct testing, and refine concepts to ensure feasibility and quality.
- Standards & Compliance : Ensure all designs meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal specifications.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve design processes, reduce costs, and enhance product performance.
- Documentation & Support : Maintain accurate and up-to-date design documentation, and support production teams as needed.
