Randstad is excited to support one of our amazing clients in their search for a Civil Engineer. This position will be working along engineering and design staff on Land Development and Municipal Engineering projects. The individual in this role will require experience applying engineering tools to design civil infrastructure, including, but not limited to site development, access and haul roads, pipelines, drainage infrastructure, and buried water and sewage infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Managing and executing projects from concept through to completion, including contract administration, commissioning, and closeout.

Working directly with civil engineers and technologists as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team.

Applying fundamentals and engineering tools to design civil infrastructure, including, but not limited to site development, access and haul ◾roads, pipelines, drainage infrastructure, and buried water and sewage infrastructure.

Assisting project managers, engineers, and technologists with project execution during all project phases.

Participating in the preparation of proposals and engineering budgets.

Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Water Resource Engineering

8 years of experience across land development or municipal infrastructure projects

P.Eng designation

Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
