As a Product Designer specializing in UX writing, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive, user-centric designs and compelling copy that resonates with our audience. What You’ll Do Creative UI / UX : Design web and mobile app user interfaces for enterprise-level solutions tailored to the unique requirements of our customers and partners, considering intricate workflows, scalability, and customizations. UX Writing : Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for various interfaces, including user interfaces, notifications, error messages, and onboarding flows. Content Strategy : Develop and refine UX writing guidelines and best practices to guide the team in creating effective and engaging content. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business objectives and technical feasibility. Competitive Analysis : Analyze the competition and what’s there in the market, gather insights, and translate them into intuitive design solutions that address our complex business needs. Accessibility & Compliance : Ensure designs adhere to industry accessibility standards, compliance requirements, and security protocols crucial for our products. Visual Consistency & Branding : Maintain visual consistency while incorporating branding elements, ensuring a cohesive and professional look and feel across the product. Documentation & Presentation : Create comprehensive design documentation and effectively communicate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders. Experience You’ll Bring Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or college certificate in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Proven Experience (2+ years) as a product designer with a strong focus on UX writing. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen understanding of how language impacts user interactions and experiences. Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc., and familiarity with enterprise design software and tools. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and complex user interactions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts and decisions to diverse stakeholders. Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects that highlight your expertise in both visual design and UX writing.
