About the Role :
We are seeking a Banking Domain Program Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale banking projects, especially in the lending domain . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and business transformation initiatives within the banking sector, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while meeting strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for banking and financial services initiatives, including regulatory, digital transformation, and IT infrastructure projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk management strategies, and governance frameworks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technology teams, and senior executives.
- Ensure projects adhere to compliance, regulatory, and security standards.
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing clear reporting on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies as required by the project.
- Track and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Lead vendor and third-party management, ensuring successful integration with banking systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
