Our client, a leading global automotive component manufacturing company, is in search of a Head of Global Finance.
Responsibilities
As the Head of Global Finance, you will :
- Establish Policies and Systems : Develop and implement robust policies, procedures, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive Strategic Initiatives : Lead critical topics such as capital planning, M&As, system implementations, and special projects.
- End-to-End Financial Controlling : Oversee all aspects of financial controlling, including :
- Month / Year-End Closing
- Compliance and External Audits
- Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Management
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Tax, Treasury, and Costing
- Plant-Level Financial Oversight : Manage finance and controlling activities across Business Unit plants, focusing on business cases, commercial discussions, customer negotiations, accounting, and collaboration with business unit teams.
- Business Partnering : Act as a strategic partner to drive financial outcomes and identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Scope : you will be responsible for a business unit with approximately $500m Sales globally.
