Description de posteReporting & Audit : Responsible for issuing consolidated financial statements, management reporting, and leading annual and tax audits. Strategy & Budget : Oversight of the annual budgeting process, forecasting, and long-term strategic financial modeling (3-year plan). Treasury & Risk : Debt management, monitoring of bank covenants, and application of foreign exchange (FX) policies. Governance : Implementation of internal controls, accounting policies, and ensuring full tax compliance. Leadership : Management, coaching, and performance development of the accounting team. Experience : More than 5 years of relevant experience in a financial leadership role. Education & Designation : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA designation is a strong asset. Expertise : Proven experience in financial planning, analysis (FP&A), and budgeting. Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and advanced lookup functions). Soft Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingualism : Full bilingualism (French and English, oral and written) is required to support stakeholders across different regions. "As the company conducts a significant portion of its business outside of Quebec, the incumbent will be required to communicate regularly with English-speaking stakeholders. Consequently, proficiency in English (both oral and written) is an essential requirement."
