Position Overview :

As the Director of Finance, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling our financial operations. Your work will ensure that we remain financially healthy and compliant as we grow.

Your purpose and impact :

• Accounting & Compliance : Own all accounting operations including billing, payroll, financial reporting, tax and compliance with federal and local regulations.
• Financial Reporting & Insights : Prepare comprehensive and accurate financial reports for the board and investors, offering insights into company performance, financial health, and key metrics.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Develop models that provide insights into company performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaboration & Cross-functional Support : Work closely with leaders across the business, providing financial guidance and partnering with teams to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Tools & Processes Setup : Develop and maintain financial tools and systems, such as QuickBooks and expense management solutions, ensuring the seamless operation of finance processes.
• Sales Deal Support : Assist Sales with tax, invoicing, and contract terms to close deals smoothly. Build processes to streamline sales-to-finance workflows for efficient billing and revenue recognition.
