Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Power Sports Finance Manager to lead our organization towards achieving its strategic goals and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to foster a positive work environment. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that our company meets its objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Responsibilities
- Finance which includes but is not limited to pulling credit, submitting applications, working approvals, communicating with lenders, and funding
- Accounting for deals accurately ensuring the deal is above minimum profitability threshold, and also budgeting for deliveries on said deals
- Preparation and organization of all paperwork
- Overseeing our Delivery Manager, also providing adequate assistance when needed
- General Management of the Front to Back representatives, but is not limited to providing adequate assistance when needed
- Auditing deals for the Front to Back representatives prior to signing clients and sending deals in for funding
- Responsible of opening and closing the dealership while also ensuring the security systems are armed accordingly
- Optimizing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Inputting and managing data within the Company’s CRM
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Company
